Guidance counselling
In order to support the person during the job search phase, in relation to the hypothesised project and on the basis of their work profile, specialised operators from the Job Centres carry out interviews, with the aim of reconstructing their personal and professional history, analysing any problems that may affect the definition of a work project, and investigating job search strategies. The operator decides and agrees with the person on the quantity and duration of the interviews.For more complex situations, a network is promoted with the territorial Social and Health Services in order to activate customised interventions which, by integrating the information gathered by the various Services, can contribute to the knowledge of your potential and resources that can be used to enter the world of work.
- Apprenticeship opportunities
The specialised operator of the Job Centre, based on your needs and characteristics, can propose a targeted internship experience, through which the person can gain practical experience within a company organisation.
- Job offer-demand matching
The job offer-demand matching service is offered to people with disabilities who, on the basis of their work ability, autonomy in seeking employment, also following assessment by the special Commission, are considered capable of accessing this service (job placement targeted profile without support interventions).

Remember!
Among the services offered, the disabled person also has the possibility of consulting online the Employers' Information Prospectuses - L.68/1999.
Public and private employers subject to L.68/1999 are required to declare their employment situation and any shortfalls in relation to the recruitment obligations under L.68/1999 by sending the 'Informative Prospectus'.The person can consult the L. 68/1999 Informative Prospectus online through the online consultation system of the summary table of the Informative Prospectuses shown among the Attached Documents, which allows compliance with the principle of publicity laid down by L. 68/99, art. 9, c. 6: the situation reported reflects what has been declared by the employers as at 31 December of the previous year.
When consulting the table online, it should be borne in mind that:
- the situation reported reflects what was declared by the employers as at 31 December of the previous year, and is therefore not updated with the changes that occurred during the current year; e.g., on the occasion of recruitments, terminations, exemption authorisations, territorial offsets, transfers of activities, changes in the quota obligation, Programme Agreements or Agreements pursuant to Article 14 of Legislative Decree 276/2003 entered into, etc.
- as from 2010, employers who have not undergone any changes affecting the calculation of the reserve quota are not required to send a new Information Prospectus each year; for this reason, therefore, some employers, although subject to the obligation under Law 68/1999, are not listed; the list of Information Prospectuses may include companies that have ceased to exist or employers who have ceased to comply with the obligation during the current year or who have suspended their obligations
- for technical reasons, some information contained in the original prospectus is not included;
