Duplicate registration certificate for vehicle used for the carriage of goods

A duplicate registration certificate must be obtained in the event of

• change of ownership (also following redemption of a vehicle from leasing),
• change of the technical characteristics of the vehicle (e.g.: testing for body change, trailer coupling to tractor, etc.)
• change in the name or company name of the company owning the vehicle;
• loss/theft or deterioration of the registration certificate;
• change of use (from third party use to own use or vice versa).

The DU will be issued with a procedure similar to that described for the first registration of vehicles, but with different documentation required, as specified in the following paragraph.

Fill in the documentation in the Forms and forward it to the PEC address motorizzazione.civile@pec.provincia.tn.it.

• Application for duplicate registration certificate (form TT2119) completed and signed.
• Form TT2120 completed and signed.
• Original registration certificate or report of loss/theft/destruction.
• Photocopy of an identity document of the company's legal representative.
• Test report (only in case of technical modifications to the vehicle).
• Declaration from the leasing company, only for vehicles purchased by leasing (leasing takeover).
• Payment receipt to be made through pagoPA system (link to motorist portal) BY CHOOSING ONE OF THE THREE RATES INDICATED BELOW:

Tariff "T003" - fees and stamp duty - € 10.20+ € 32.00
Tariff "T007" - fees - €10.20
