Description
Companies with more than 15 employees (only in the case of workers who were hired on an indefinite-term basis before 7 March 2015) that intend to proceed with dismissal for objective justifications (e.g. company reorganisation, staff reduction or supervening physical unfitness to work) must inform the Employment Service in advance of their intention to proceed with the termination of employment and at the same time request an attempt at conciliation.
In the absence of such a request to be sent to the Employment Service in the manner set out below, the company cannot proceed with dismissal.
