Dementia-friendly communities: applications for contributions

The Provincial Dementia Plan - XVII Legislature, approved by Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 1383 of 12 September 2025, envisages, as a specific action, the confirmation for the next three-year period 2026-2028 of a funding of the activities planned in the three-year plans prepared by the Val d'Adige Valley/Territory Communities for the development of Dementia-Friendly Communities.

Val d'Adige Valley Community/Territory

The application must be submitted to the Service for Health and Care Policies during the period 1 January 2026 - 2 March 2026, via PITRE interoperability, using the form 'Application for funding for the implementation of dementia-friendly community development initiatives 2026-2028'.

- Application for funding to implement initiatives to develop dementia-friendly communities 2026-2028 (form code: p_TN_M_00001294);

- information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016;

- any proxy/proxy for the completion and submission of the application and related privacy policy signed by the delegating party;

- Three-year plan 2026-2028;

- copy of the decision of the body approving the 2026-2028 Three-Year Plan.

Applications may be submitted to the competent provincial service from 1 January 2026 to 2 March 2026, enclosing the documents indicated on the form.
