Contributions to institutions for social promotion and protection of members

Article 37 of Provincial Law no. 13 of 27 July 2007 concerning 'Social policies in the Province of Trento' provides that to third sector entities carrying out activities of social promotion and protection of members, which cannot be financed under other provincial or state laws, the Province and the local authorities may grant, in accordance with the criteria and methods of disbursement identified by the competent bodies, contributions on operating expenses up to the amount of expenditure recognised as eligible. Contributions are granted in compliance with the European Union regulations on State aid.

Activities aimed at promoting social promotion and protection of members include

(a) information and support activities for members

b) promotion and awareness-raising activities to be carried out also through the systematic collection and dissemination of information;

c) liaison with public and private bodies aimed at developing greater attention to the problems and needs of members.

Submission of applications in the period between 1 February and 28 February each year.

Subjects of the third sector, such as social cooperatives, voluntary organisations, associations for social promotion, patronage bodies, social enterprises as well as foundations and other private non-profit entities with aims consistent with the objectives of the aforementioned law, which carry out activities of social promotion and protection of members.

Submission of applications by one of the following methods

- direct delivery to the provincial department responsible for social policies

- direct delivery to one of the decentralised assistance and information desks;

- dispatch by registered post

- submission by e-mail to the following address: serv.politichesociali@pec.provincia.tn.it.

FOR THE GRANT APPLICATION

A) model of the application for a contribution and related information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016

B) model of the forecast budget

C) model of analytical description of the income and expenditure envisaged in the forecast budget

D) model of the planning report on the activities to be carried out, also containing any list of initiatives to be implemented in collaboration with other entities with social welfare purposes;

model declaration of application of 4% withholding tax on contributions

FOR THE APPLICATION FOR THE BALANCE OF THE CONTRIBUTION (by 30 April of the year following the granting of the contribution)

F) grant balance report form

G) form of declaration in lieu of affidavit for the balance of the contribution
