Granting of contributions for events relevant to the Provincial Health Service

Description

The Provincial Council may organise directly, also with the collaboration of other public or private bodies and organisations, conferences, celebrations, initiatives and events on themes of particular relevance for Trentino.

The Provincial Council may contribute to the organisation of activities also through financial contributions and the provision of material or the provision of its own structures and personnel. The intervention is decided upon after presentation of a specific application accompanied by the activity programme and the relevant funding plan.

The Provincial Council, in determining the contributions and grants, takes into account the relevance of the initiatives in relation to the interests of the provincial or local community, the participation of other subjects, the overall expenditure required and the available funds.

Who it's for

Applications may be submitted by public and private bodies, associations, citizens and companies.

What to do

The application must be submitted at least 15 days before the planned date of the initiative for which the grant is requested.

The application must be accompanied by

  • the illustrative report of the initiative highlighting: its objectives and relevance to the provincial health system, the name of the event, the planned date of the initiative
  • the programme of the initiative
  • the financing plan specifying the expected expenses, income and deficit (broken down by individual item).

Upon receipt of the application, the competent provincial service shall assess whether the application is eligible for funding, on the basis of the criteria for the granting of contributions for initiatives of particular relevance for the provincial health service approved by the Provincial Council Resolution no. 3077 of 23 December 2004.

The outcome of the assessment is communicated directly to the interested party.

The applicant for the grant, if the latter has been awarded, is required to submit to the competent Provincial Service, within 180 days from the date of the implementation of the initiative, all the documentation required for reporting.

On the basis of this documentation, the amount of the contribution due is calculated and, by means of an appropriate measure (determination of the manager), it is assigned to the beneficiary.

The amount of the contribution shall be equal to 50% of the total amount of the eligible expenses, rounded down to the nearest euro.

The financial intervention, calculated according to the above percentage, shall not exceed the deficit resulting from the financing plan submitted at the time of the application and in any case shall not exceed the amount of Euro 3,000.00.
