Contribution towards the running of the Emergency Reception Service for minors

By Resolution No. 1595 of 16 October 2026, the Call for Applications for the award of a grant to cover the costs associated with the operation of the Emergency Reception Service for minors was approved, pursuant to Article 36-bis of the Provincial Law of 27 July 2007, No. 13, for the period 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031.

The Emergency Reception Service for Minors guarantees care, protection and an immediate response to the basic needs of minors (usually aged between 12 and 17) who are at risk, have been abandoned, lack a suitable family environment or are in emergency situations (for example, unaccompanied foreign minors).

The Call for Proposals sets out the scope and characteristics of the project proposal to be submitted by the applicant, the eligibility criteria for participation in the selection process, the procedures and criteria for project evaluation, information on submitting the application and the application process, the expenses eligible for funding, and the procedures for the disbursement and reporting of the grant.

Organisations may apply for a grant if they meet:

a) the requirements set out in Articles 94, 95 and 97 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, by analogy and insofar as they are compatible;

b) accreditation to operate in the social care sector in the Province of Trento, in accordance with Provincial President’s Decree No. 3-78/Leg of 9 April 2018, containing the ‘Regulations for the implementation of Articles 19, 20 and 21 of Provincial Law No. 13 of 27 July 2007 (Social Policies in the Province of Trento) concerning the authorisation, accreditation and supervision of entities operating in the social care sector’ within the ‘residential’ functional group of the ‘Childhood and Parenting’ area;

c) at least 5 years’ experience, even if not continuous, within the 10 years preceding the publication of this Call for Tenders, in the management of social care interventions falling within the ‘residential’ functional group of the ‘Childhood and Parenting’ Area.

The application must be completed using the appropriate forms and sent via certified email (PEC) toserv.politichesociali@pec.provincia.tn.it by the specified deadline.

The subject line of the email must state exactly: “CONTAINS APPLICATION FOR FUNDING FOR THE OPERATION OF THE EMERGENCY RECEPTION SERVICE FOR MINORS”.

The documentation may be signed digitally or by hand (in which case a copy of a valid identity document must be attached).

Applicants may request information or seek clarification regarding the contents of the Call for Applications up to five days before the deadline for submitting applications via the following certified email address : serv.politichesociali@pec.provincia.tn.it, stating in the subject line:“Enquiry regarding the Call for Applications for funding to manage the emergency reception service for minors”. The grant application must be accompanied by the documentation listed below, using the forms published on this page:

• Substitute declaration form confirming that the requirements are met
• Copy of identity document (if a handwritten signature is used)
• Project proposal form
• Declaration of intent, where applicable, in the event of the formation of an association
• Payment details form
