If the application has been submitted with the preliminary purchase contract attached, the deed of sale must be drawn up within 12 months from the date of the concession decision. For these applications, the deadlines for complying with the 4 above-mentioned points start from the date of execution of the deed of sale of the first dwelling house.
Beneficiaries of the grant must maintain their registered residence in their first home for a period of 10 years starting from the date of the grant decision or from the date of transfer of residence, whichever is later. For the same period, the first dwelling house may not be the subject, even partially, of a lease, loan or establishment of a right in rem of enjoyment, no other dwelling units may be obtained as a result of subdivision, and ownership of the property must be maintained. During this period, it is possible to sell the first dwelling and transfer the grant to another first dwelling only following authorisation by the Territorial Cohesion, Housing Policies and Enhancement of Trentino's Social Capital Abroad Service. The request for authorisation must be made on the special form available in the "What is needed" section under Forms.
A temporary change of residence for documented work or study reasons up to a maximum of 24 months does not constitute a breach of the restriction.

The documentation must be submitted and signed by the grant beneficiaries using the appropriate form, in order to comply with stamp duty, and submitted in one of the following ways

Formats of documents transmitted electronically
Files attached to communications must have one of the following formats (and extensions) PDF/A, PDF, XML, TXT, TIFF, TIF,JPEG, JPG, JFIF, JPE, EML, BMP, CSV and GIF. This is because these formats are recognised as suitable for long-term preservation, as documents produced with these formats are stable. HTML format is also permitted (but only the body of the e-mail message). The digital signature, if any, must only be affixed to files in the permitted formats indicated above.
Compressed formats (e.g. .zip) are not accepted, since the unambiguous identification of compressed and/or enveloped files is not guaranteed either by the certified e-mail service or by the document management system.
Granting of extension: within 45 days from the date of submission of the extension application
Authorisation to transfer the grant to other accommodation: within 60 days from the date of submission of the application for transfer of the grant
