Contribution for the support of an artistic residency centre

With the public call for proposals, in light of the agreement between the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano and the Interregional Agreement (art. 1 paragraph 6), the residence subjects and activities, by selecting a project of Territorial Residence Centre on a regional basis to be financed according to the modalities referred to in the programme agreement referred to in the Agreement sanctioned on 18 December 2024 in the Permanent Conference for the relations between the State, Regions and the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano, pursuant to the Ministerial Decree no. 332 of 27 July 2017 and ss.mm.ii, relating to the three-year period 2025-2027 (repertoire deeds no. 249/CSR).

The application for assistance, in compliance with stamp duty regulations, must be submitted peremptorily, under penalty of ineligibility, within 30 days from the day following the publication of the Notice in the Official Bulletin of the Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol Region, from 26 September 2025 to 27 October 2025 inclusive.

Applications for Residence Centres may be submitted by Professional Associations or the aggregation of bodies constituted in R.T.O. (Temporary Grouping of Organisations) or A.T.I. (Temporary Business Association) or A.T.S. (Temporary Association of Aims) or in Consortium.

The Grouping must be composed of entities operating (minimum 2 maximum 5) in the two Provinces and must include at least one entity managing a theatre operating in the Province of Bolzano.

The application form and its annexes may be submitted using one of the following channels

• electronically, from a certified email box of the applicant, to the certified email box serv.attcult@pec.provincia.tn.it, in compliance with the relevant technical rules;
• by mail, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, to Servizio Attività e produzione culturale - Provincia autonoma di Trento, Via Romagnosi, 5 - 38122 TRENTO, enclosing a copy of the subscriber's valid identity document; the date of the postmark of the accepting post office shall be considered the official date of admission;
• direct delivery to the Cultural Activities and Production Service.

- grant application for the call Centre for artistic residencies;

- deed of establishment of the grouping for a duration of at least three years in which the roles, functions and obligations of the members are defined,

or

- declaration of commitment to set up a Grouping within the first 30 days following the communication of the result of the selection. The declaration must specify the roles, functions and duties, and must grant a special collective mandate with representation to one of them, qualified as agent to be indicated in the application form, who will deal with the Province of Trento and the MiC in its own name and on behalf of itself and of the principals;

- documentation attesting to at least three years' experience, over the last ten years, of the members of the Grouping in the organisation of residency activities, the ability to perform activities of inter-regional, national and international interest, any partnership agreements with national theatres, theatres of significant cultural interest, Concert and Orchestral Institutions, traditional theatres;

- curricula vitae of the professional figures involved at artistic, technical and organisational level in the project;

- curriculum vitae of the tutor (figure accompanying the artists in residence);

- approved operating budget for the year 2024 for each entity making up the Grouping;

- description sheet of the three-year artistic project (NB: in the case of a grouping not yet formed, the project must be signed by all participants)(Annex A 2)

- copy of the Articles of Association or Memorandum of Association of each of the entities making up the Grouping of Cultural Organisations (if not already in the possession of the Provincial Administration)

- photocopy of an identity document of the applicant (in the case of an application signed with a handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge);

- privacy policy, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016, signed by the person concerned for acknowledgement;

- three-year budget estimate - final balance sheet 2025/2027(Annex A 3);

- descriptive sheet on the availability and suitability of space(Annex A 4).

- Any further documentation useful for the evaluation of the project may optionally be attached. The Autonomous Province of Trento reserves the right to request further documentation in addition to that provided for, should it be necessary for the requirements verification phase and the assessment phase for the grant award and reporting.

Applications must be submitted between 26 September 2025 and 27 October 2025
