How to apply for a financial contribution for the organisation of events of particular cultural importance, of an extraordinary or unforeseeable nature

Applications for the grants provided for by Article 13 of the L.P. must be submitted quarterly during the reference year at least 15 calendar days before the start of the event to which they relate.

1st quarter: during the first quarter, applications must be submitted for initiatives that take place before 31 August of the current year under penalty of inadmissibility. Exclusively for applications submitted for the 2025 financial year, the time window of the 1st quarter will be from 9 January to 31 March.

By way of derogation from Article 4 of the Criteria, applications for contributions for extraordinary events pursuant to Article 13 of Provincial Law no. 15 of 15 October 2007, carried out in the period from 10 to 25 January 2025, may be submitted up to the day before the start of the event to which they relate;

2nd quarter: from 1 April to 30 June

3rd quarter: from 1 July to 30 September

4th quarter: from 1 October to 15 November

The beneficiaries of the grants must submit to the competent provincial structure, at least 10 days before the start of the activity, all the promotional material of the activities and initiatives financed (posters, brochures, press releases, invitations, etc.) so as to allow the monitoring and verification of the activity carried out.

Who it's for

Non-profit cultural organisations with legal personality, or registered with the Runts, or with at least two years of activity, which, according to their statutes or articles of association, mainly carry out cultural activities and have their legal or operational headquarters in Trentino, or natural persons applying exclusively for initiatives to launch the professional careers of young artists who have their legal or operational headquarters in Trentino, are eligible to apply.

What to do

The application form can be submitted using one of the following channels

  • direct delivery to the competent provincial structure or to the public assistance and information desks of the Province
  • by postal mail by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt; the date of the postmark of the accepting post office shall be considered the date of admission;
  • by fax to the number corresponding to the competent provincial structure;
  • by e-mail to the certified mailbox serv.attcult@pec.provincia.tn.it.
