Contribution for extraordinary cultural events

Applications for the contributions provided for in Article 13 of Provincial Law 15/2007 must be submitted quarterly in the reference year at least 15 calendar days before the start of the event to which they relate.

1st quarter: January-March

by 15 November of the previous year for extraordinary events scheduled from 1 to 15 January; from 15 January to 31 March

2nd quarter: April-June

application window: 1 April to 30 June

3rd quarter: July-September

application window from 1 July to 30 September

4th quarter: October-November

application window from 1 October to 15 November

Grant beneficiaries must submit to the competent provincial structure, at least 10 days before the start of the activity, all the promotional material for the funded activities and initiatives (posters, brochures, press releases, invitations, etc.) so that the activity carried out can be monitored and verified.

Non-profit cultural organisations with legal personality, or registered with the Runts, or with at least two years of activity, which, according to their statutes or articles of association, mainly carry out cultural activities and have their legal or operational headquarters in Trentino, or natural persons applying exclusively for initiatives to launch the professional careers of young artists who have their legal or operational headquarters in Trentino, are eligible to apply.

The application form can be submitted using one of the following channels

• direct delivery to the competent provincial structure or to the public assistance and information desks of the Province
• by postal mail by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt; the date of the postmark of the accepting post office shall be considered the date of admission;
• by fax to the number corresponding to the competent provincial structure;
• by e-mail to the certified mailbox serv.attcult@pec.provincia.tn.it.
