Description
The Autonomous Province of Trento, in accordance with Articles 2 and 8 of Provincial Law no. 15 of 3 October 2007 and subsequent amendments and additions, intends to provide financial support to cultural projects of a supra-municipal nature, with the aim of developing the integration of cultural activities also through collaboration between the Province, the municipalities, the valley communities and other public institutions, intends to financially support supra-municipal cultural projects which, in addition to sharing the objectives of the initiatives, foster the building of lasting relations between the area's cultural operators through mutual knowledge and generative collaboration; projects that develop ideas, including innovative ones, to enhance the local tangible and intangible cultural heritage; cultural projects that foster the growth of the communities involved also from a social, economic and collective and individual wellbeing point of view
cultural projects of a supra-municipal nature are understood to be
- projects whose ownership is shared by several municipalities and projects submitted by valley communities;
- projects which, even if promoted by a single municipality, have as their subject matter initiatives that take place or are planned on a circuit involving more than one municipality;
- projects that, even if promoted by only one municipality, involve public and/or private cultural bodies belonging to other territorial areas in their organisation
- projects that, even though promoted by a single municipality, have an impact in terms of audiences that are largely supra-municipal;
- cultural projects proposed by local or thematic networks as set out in the rules for joining the Trentino Library System currently in force.
