Consumer protection: contributions associations (liquidation)

Associations registered in the list of consumer and user associations that have obtained the relevant contribution must request payment (liquidation) of it upon completion of the activities.

The association must be registered on the list of consumer and user associations and must have applied for and been granted the relevant contribution.

The consumer protection associations on the special list kept by the Autonomous Province of Trento that have applied for the relevant contribution.

The interested party shall submit the application for the grant by one of the following means

1. by sending it by email to the PEC address indicated on the form;
2. by delivering it directly to the competent provincial structure, or to any other peripheral office of the Province
3. by sending it by registered mail A.R;
4. by sending it by fax to 0461/494747.

The interested party must submit the application by enclosing with it

1. report of the activity carried out;
2. signed copy of the information notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016;
3. copy of a valid identity document.

The documentation must be submitted within six months from the conclusion of the activity, under penalty of total forfeiture of the grant. In the event that such documentation is submitted after the deadline, but in any case before the forfeiture decision is taken, the grant is reduced by 10 per cent.

Please note that expenditure submitted at the time of application for payment (liquidation) and not initially foreseen at the time of grant is never eligible.
