Consultation and release of cadastral documentation

For the cadastre of buildings it is possible to request

• current and/or historical per-subject survey
• current and/or historical property survey
• planimetry (only by the owners of real rights to the property or their proxies after filling out the appropriate form)
• planimetric elaboration or list of subalterns

For the land cadastre it is possible to request

• view by subject
• view by property list
• view by parcel

For the geometric cadastre

• fractionation types
• notification sheets
• country sketches
• map extracts

The documentation described above can also be requested by e-mail.

Consultation of fractionation types, notification sheets and field sketches must be requested at the relevant territorial offices.

Consultation and issuance of cadastral documentation, with the exception of consultation of plans reserved exclusively for holders of real rights or their proxies, is permitted to all, subject to payment of the relevant cadastral fees and in compliance with the regulations in force.

Consultation and issue takes place directly at the territorial offices or can be requested by email.

If the request for a copy is made by email, the office replies to the user and, after payment of the relevant special cadastral fees, sends the documentation.

The payment of cadastral fees for a view/copy can be made

1. at the individual Offices
   • in cash
   • via "POS" terminal
   • via PagoPA electronic payment
2. by e-mail request to the Office
   • via PagoPA electronic payment

The payment of cadastral taxes through the PagoPA system can be made at: bank counters, ATM cash dispensers enabled by banks, SISAL, Lottomatica and Banca 5 points of sale, cashiers, tobacconists, post offices, enabled supermarkets and online: PSP home banking (recognisable by the CBILL or pagoPA logos), directly on the payment portal of the Autonomous Province of Trento.
