The tavolar lots are updated daily by computer by introducing the changes contained in the applications and ordered in the tavolar decrees.

The downloaded copy of the ledger (or copy of the tavolar lot) has no certifying value, it has the value of a simple visura.

The service is only available if a citizen's tax code can be uniquely identified in the database.

The data can be consulted by the owner.

Attention: the service is only available if, starting from the citizen's tax code, it is possible to uniquely identify an individual registry in the Land Register database

The data can be consulted online by authenticating in the prescribed ways (CPS/CNS, SPID, CIE).
