Declaration in lieu of deed

Within 27 months of receipt of the notice of grant, you must submit to the Territorial Cohesion, Housing Policies and Enhancement of Trentino's Social Capital Abroad Service, under penalty of forfeiting the grant, a declaration in lieu of affidavit, drawn up on the appropriate form, certifying that the building permit has been issued by the local authority.

This fulfilment is not required if you have declared the issue of the building permit in the grant application.

Down payment of the contribution

You may request a down payment of 30% of the contribution by submitting a declaration in lieu of affidavit, on the appropriate form, certifying that the work has started. If this declaration has been made in the application, the 30% advance is automatically paid within 90 days of the adoption of the grant decision.

Reporting

Within 48 months of receipt of the grant award notice you must submit or forward the statement of account of the expenses incurred.

The grant may be redetermined on the basis of the expenses reported in the grant report.

Application for extension of the reporting deadline

If you are not able to submit your report within the deadline, you can request an extension before the deadline for a maximum of 24 months.

Constraints, sanctions and cases of forfeiture of the grant are governed by Articles 22 and 23 of the Call for Proposals. Applicants are invited to read them carefully.

Individuals who have obtained the grant for the construction of their first home.

The documentation must be drawn up on the appropriate form and sent to the Territorial Cohesion Service, housing policies, enhancement of Trentino's social capital abroad, by one of the following methods

1. by electronic mail (certified or plain) to the box serv.casaecoesione@pec.provincia.tn.it
2. by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the Territorial Cohesion, Housing Policies, and Enhancement of Trentino's Social Capital Abroad Service; in this case, the postmark of the accepting post office shall serve as proof.

Transmission by methods other than those indicated is not permitted pursuant to Article 7, paragraph 7 of the notice.

Reporting of expenses incurred

1. dimensioned plan of the dwelling unit drawn up on a scale of 1:50 signed by a qualified technician indicating the usable living area and the use of the rooms
2. copy of the energy performance certificate (APE) or ARCA certificate or equivalent
3. details of expenses incurred
4. privacy policy
5. photocopy of an identity document of the beneficiary(ies)

Formats of the documentation transmitted electronically

When transmitting the documentation electronically, the files must have one of the following formats (and extensions) PDF/A, PDF, XML, TXT, TIFF, TIF, JPEG, JPG, JFIF, JPE and EML, BMP, CSV and GIF. The HTML format is also permitted, limited to the body of the e-mail message. Compressed formats (e.g. .zip) are not accepted, as the unambiguous identification of compressed and/or enveloped files is not guaranteed either by the certified e-mail service or by the document management system.

Granting of extension: within 45 days from the day following the date of receipt of the extension request

Grant redetermination: within 90 days from the day following the date of submission of the statement of accounts

Disbursement:

The contribution is disbursed as follows

• down payment of 30% within 90 days from the adoption of the grant decision if the declaration of start of works has been made in the application, otherwise within 90 days from the presentation of the substitute declaration certifying the start of works
• balance within 30 days from the enforcement of the redetermination measure.
