Declaration of issuance of the building permit

Within 27 months of receipt of the grant notice, the cooperative must declare that it has obtained the building permit if not already communicated in the grant application, under penalty of forfeiture.

Application for extension of the grant reporting deadline

Before the expiry of the reporting deadline the cooperative may apply for a single extension of the deadline for a maximum of 24 months for justified reasons.

Reporting

Within 48 months from the date of issuance of the building permit or from the date of commencement of works in the case of a building permit acquired before 7 August 2020, the cooperative must submit the accounts of the expenses actually incurred, under penalty of forfeiture.

The grant shall be recalculated on the basis of the expenses indicated in the statement of account.

Constraints, sanctions and cases of forfeiture of the contribution are regulated in Articles 22 and 23 of the Call for Proposals. Cooperatives are invited to read them carefully.

Individually owned housing cooperatives that have been granted the subsidy for the construction of a first dwelling house for their members.

The documentation must be drawn up on the appropriate form and sent to the Territorial Cohesion, Housing Policies, Enhancement of Trentino's social capital abroad Service, by one of the following methods

1. by electronic mail (certified or plain) to the mailbox serv.casaecoesione@pec.provincia.tn.it;
2. by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the Territorial Cohesion, Housing Policies, and Enhancement of Trentino's Social Capital Abroad Service; in this case, the postmark of the accepting post office shall serve as proof.

In the event of transmission by methods other than those indicated, the submission is inadmissible pursuant to Article 7(7) of the notice.

1. declaration certifying that the members receiving the grant are registered with the cooperative and that the members have signed the reservation record for the housing unit
2. declarations by the booking members certifying the composition of the family unit to which the grant is to be awarded and that they meet the requirements set forth in Article 21b
3. copy of the energy performance certificate (APE) or of the ARCA/equivalent certificate for the whole building
4. dimensioned plan of each supported housing unit drawn up on a scale of 1:50 signed by a qualified technician indicating the usable living area and the destination of the rooms
5. privacy policy
6. photocopy of an identity document of the signatory

Formats of the documentation transmitted electronically

When transmitting the documentation electronically, the files must have one of the following formats (and extensions) PDF/A, PDF, XML, TXT, TIFF, TIF, JPEG, JPG, JFIF, JPE and EML, BMP, CSV and GIF. The HTML format is also permitted, limited to the body of the e-mail message. Compressed formats (e.g. .zip) are not accepted, as the unambiguous identification of compressed and/or enveloped files is not guaranteed either by the certified e-mail service or by the document management system.

Grant redetermination: 90 days from the day following the date of submission of the grant statement

Grant extension: 45 days from the day following the date of receipt of the request for extension

Disbursement: within 30 days from the date of execution of the redetermination measure.
