- dimensioned plan of the housing unit drawn up on a scale of 1:50 signed by a qualified technician indicating the usable living area and the destination of the rooms
- declaration in lieu of notarial deed by the building cooperative attesting to the regular registration of the grantee and the signing by the grantee of the housing unit reservation record
- copy of the energy performance certificate (APE) or ARCA certificate or equivalent
- privacy policy
- photocopy of an identity document of the beneficiary(ies)

Formats of the documents transmitted electronically
When transmitting the documentation electronically, the files must have one of the following formats (and extensions) PDF/A, PDF, XML, TXT, TIFF, TIF, JPEG, JPG, JFIF, JPE and EML, BMP, CSV and GIF. The HTML format is also permitted, limited to the body of the e-mail message. Compressed formats (e.g. .zip) are not accepted, as the unambiguous identification of compressed and/or enveloped files is not guaranteed either by the certified e-mail service or by the document management system.
