Connection of private users on inter-municipal collectors - ADEP TECHNICAL OPINION

The authorisation process for the connection of private users to inter-municipal sewerage collectors in the Autonomous Province of Trento requires the involvement of several players.

For a better understanding of the authorisation process, which also involves ADEP for the issue of the Technical Opinion only, a brief sequence of the same is given below

- the user applies for the discharge authorisation to the competent Municipality, using the CIVIL WASTEWATER DISCHARGE AUTHORISATION APPLICATION FORM(available in the section Municipal Wastewater Discharge Authorisation Forms) attaching

• the graphic design (model attached to the Technical Opinion application form)
• the technical report

- The Municipality applies to the Autonomous Province of Trento, after verifying the existence of the requirements set out in Article 23, paragraph 2 of the Implementation Rules of the Provincial Water Reclamation Plan as per Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 5460 of 12 June 1987, most recently updated by Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 1230 of 16 June 2012, for the required TECHNICAL OPINION, using the form provided and attaching the documents submitted by the user to the Municipality.

- The Autonomous Province of Trento issues the Technical Opinion to the Municipality

- The Municipality, in the event of a favourable outcome, issues the authorisation to connect the user

The application may be submitted by

• the competent body of the municipal administration
• Companies or Companies delegated for this purpose by the Municipality

Download the form, fill it in and digitally sign it and forward it, together with the required annexes, to the Plant Management Service of ADEP (Purification Agency) of the Province of Trento via PEC or Pi.Tre interoperability where available
