Connection of municipal sewerage branches to inter-municipal sewers PAT

Application for authorisation to connect a branch of the municipal sewage system to the inter-municipal sewers managed by the Autonomous Province of Trento (Article 23(4) and (5), Norme di attuazione del piano provinciale di risanamento acque - Provincial water reclamation plan - Resolution No 5460 of the Provincial Council of 12 June 1987, last updated by Resolution No 1230 of the Provincial Council of 16 June 2012)

The application may be submitted by the competent organ of the municipality

You fill in the form by saving it in pdf/a format, digitally underwriting it and sending it to the PEC of the Plant Management Service indicated in the form

The digitally signed form is submitted together with the following technical documentation

• summary report on the type of discharge envisaged with particular reference to the presence of any mixed water branches and indication of the total population served
• chorography on a scale of 1:10,000 indicating the connection point
• planimetry, on an appropriate scale, of the municipal sewerage network for which the connection is to be made, showing: the route of the pipes and the sewerage inlet manhole in accordance with the numbering indicated in the plans sent to the Municipality with memo prot. 653/02 of 29 January 2002 and, in the absence of a GPS survey, the numbering indicated in the accounting tables
• profile of the connection conduit
• detail of the connection to the manhole of the provincial collector

The application is examined by the technical structure and notification of the outcome is given.
