Concessions and authorisations on state and provincial roads

The ACOP portal is the single point of contact between the Concessions Sector and citizens, businesses and organisations for the management of new

• roadway concession/permit for the laying and maintenance of underground and/or overhead conduits (electricity, telephone, fibre optic, gas, black and white water, etc.) or works of art (overpasses, subways, telephone cabinets, etc.) on state and provincial roads, outside or inside built-up areas
• concession for the use of plots of land on state roads (lay-by);
• authorisation/clearance for access works on state and provincial roads, outside or inside the built-up area.

Within the portal, the user may submit applications for the modification, turning, revocation and renewal of existing practices only after contacting the Concessions Sector.

Otherwise, requests for the release of a security deposit (paid as a guarantee for a concession/authorisation) or an extension of the deadline for the completion of the concession/authorisation work must be submitted using the appropriate forms to the certified mail address of the Concessions Sector.

Citizens, Companies, Sole Proprietorships, Professionals, Institutions

Access to the portal is through the use of the SPID/CIE digital identity or federated authentication for public bodies.

By choosing "Practices" from the menu, you proceed to the guided compilation of the application, which is then sent to the Concessions Sector of the Road Management Service for processing.

The following applications are submitted outside the ACOP portal

• for the release of a security deposit, paid as a guarantee for a concession/authorisation, must be submitted to the certified mail address of the Concessions Sector using the appropriate form;
• for the extension of the deadline for completion of the concession/authorisation work, it must be submitted to the certified mail address of the Concessions Sector using the appropriate form.

The list of documents to be submitted is proposed by the portal depending on the application submitted.

The user can monitor the status of the application within the portal, as well as consult and download the authorisation measure when issued.

For applications via form, notification of a positive outcome will be sent by certified mail.
