The application form and its annexes, available in the 'forms' section, must be filled in and sent via PEC or via PiTre interoperability to the competent department.

The documentation to be submitted is explained in the application form.

The procedure will end with the issue of a determination by the Road Management Service Manager and the handover report signed by the parties pursuant to Presidential Decree 495/92
