Certificate in lieu of certificate from the Business Academy

Participants in the courses mentioned below who have lost or forfeited their certificates, obtained at the Trento Accademia d'Impresa:

• Food administration and sale
• Sales agents and representatives

• Persons in charge of controlling entertainment and show business activities in places

  open to the public or in public establishments

To obtain the replacement certificate, you must fill in the application form available at the link below.

The application should be sent

• by e-mail to: serv.formazione@pec.provincia.tn.it

  or

• by registered mail with return receipt addressed to the Ufficio Istruzione e formazione professionale- IeFP stanza 4.29 -Servizio Formazione Professionale, formazione terziaria e funzioni di sistema, via Gilli n.3 -Trento

  or

• hand-delivered to the Ufficio Istruzione e formazione professionale- IeFP stanza 4.29 -Servizio Formazione Professionale, formazione terziaria e funzioni di sistema, in via Gilli n.3 -Trento(by appointment only).

Documents to be submitted with the application

• copy of a valid identification document of the applicant
• duly signed privacy notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No 679 of 2016 (already included in the application form)
• copy of the report of loss issued by the competent authorities
