BIO-derogation organic activity notification conversion period - application

In order to obtain the reduction of the prescribed period, it is necessary for those concerned to apply for recognition of periods prior to the notification of biological activity as part of the conversion period.

This is possible in cases where

- the operator's agricultural parcels have been subject to measures defined in a programme implemented under EU Reg. No. 1305/2013, in order to ensure that no products or substances other than those authorised for use in organic production have been used on these agricultural parcels;

- the operator can provide proof that the agricultural parcels were natural or agricultural areas which, for a period of at least 3 years, have not been treated with products or substances not authorised for use in organic production.

The interested operator completes the prepared derogation application form and forwards it to the PEC box: serv.politichesvilupporurale@pec.provincia.tn.it or delivers it by hand to the secretariat of theOrganic Production Office located in Via Trener, 3 - third floor - Trento
