Authorisation to provide qualification courses for energy certifiers

With this procedure, the requesting party (professional order or college or company whose institutional aims include training activities) is authorised to carry out specific training cases aimed at qualifying professionals in possession of certain qualifications to issue energy performance certificates.

The application may be submitted by Professional Orders and Colleges and Societies having training activities among their institutional aims.

The applicant must submit to the competent structure an application, signed in the name of the owner of the sole proprietorship (legal representative of the company).

In the application, the applicant declares compliance with the commitments set out in Annex 1 to Provincial Council Resolution No. 1750/2016 and guarantees that the course and final examination comply with the criteria set out in Annex 2 to the aforementioned resolution. It also encloses the course programme, the contents of which must comply with those of Annex B bis to Presidential Decree no. 11-13/Leg. of 13 July 2009.

The preliminary investigation provides for the examination of the application submitted and of the attached documentation; the procedure concludes with a provision of the manager granting or refusing authorisation to carry out the training activities.

The authorisation issued is valid for three years and allows the course to be repeated in the authorised manner within that period of validity.
