Authorisation of the intercepted water return programme

The procedure for the approval of the intercepted water restitution programme is regulated by Article 25, paragraphs 4, 4 bis and 4 ter of Presidential Decree no. 1-41/Leg. of 26 January 1987 (T.U.L.P. on environmental protection from pollution).

Companies whose activity (execution of public or private works) requires the water intercepted during the execution of the work to be discharged into a surface watercourse, public sewer or soil/soil.

The application may be submitted by the legal representative of the company carrying out the works or his delegate (attaching a written proxy to the application).

The person must submit the appropriate application (see forms) complete with the required technical documentation and send it to the pec address aia.appa@pec.provicia.tn.it.

The documentation to be submitted depends on the type of work planned. In general, however, a detailed technical report of how the discharge will be carried out is required.

There are no deadlines for access to the service

The user will receive, within a few days from the submission of the application, a notice of initiation of the procedure in which the procedure is summarised and where the person in charge of the procedure and the contacts to request information and documents are indicated. The procedure will end with the issue of a determination by the Sector Manager to approve the restitution programme with the relevant prescriptions.
