Documents to be submitted
The request for authorisation for loan and possible temporary release must be accompanied by the following documents
1) conservation record of the work accompanied by photographic documentation and insurance value of the property;
2) guarantees of insurance coverage
3) plan/design of the initiative
4) "Facility report" intended as a standard report on the exhibition and museum facilities specifying the exhibition conditions (alarms, lighting, air conditioning, safekeeping, etc.)
