Description
The Employment Service may authorise, limited to the provincial territory, the carrying out of intermediation activities, personnel search and selection, and vocational outplacement support activities, on the basis of specific legal and financial requirements (legal form and share capital, corporate purpose, integrity requirements of directors and managers, reliability of the operator), structural requirements (adequacy of premises, adequacy of facilities and equipment), and professional requirements (adequate number of staff in terms of professional skills and number of units). The requirements vary according to the activity for which authorisation is sought. This authorisation allows private entities to operate on the labour market in competition with each other and with public services.
