Description
Provincial Law 5/1996, within the provincial territories located at altitudes above 1,600 metres above sea level and within protected territories (e.g. nature parks), prohibits taking off, landing and overflying at altitudes of less than 300 metres and 500 metres above ground respectively, with the exception of cases that are strictly provided for, such as, for example, the performance of activities in the public interest or study, research and technical-scientific documentation.
Restrictions
The procedure involves the cost of stamp duty for the application and authorisation.
