Application for water space concession Porto Lungolago Verona - Nago-Torbole

The exclusive occupation and use of areas and spaces of the state property of inland navigation is subject to the issuance of a specific concession (as provided for by provincial law no. 9/2001).

The 'criteria' for the concession of moorings in the waters of Lake Garda, the application requirements and the conditions for their use are established by provincial resolution and perfected over time, maintaining the principle of the obligation of intensive use of the navigation units and the prohibition of takeover of the concession by any co-owners of the vessel.

An annual fee and a security deposit must be paid within 30 days of the possible assignment.

The fees for the concession of provincial state property and assets are established by resolution of the Provincial Council and can be redetermined to bring them into line with provincial regulations, up to the maximum amounts established on the basis of State laws and their implementing provisions.

Owner of the vessel or legal representative in the case of an organisation or association.

In order to obtain the authorisation, it is necessary to fill in the form and send it to the competent office, in the manner indicated on the form itself, accompanied by the required documentation.

The application, in the form of a declaration in lieu of an affidavit, must be submitted with a 16.00 euro revenue stamp.

ONLUSes and associations registered with CONI are exempt from stamp duty.

• copy of the vessel's valid insurance policy
• copy of the applicant's identity document
• declaration in lieu of affidavit attesting to membership in the Italian National Olympic Committee (for Associations)
