Application for the establishment of a land improvement consortium of the first degree

With this service, a promoting committee, made up of individuals who have identified an area interested in setting up a land improvement consortium of the first degree, can apply for legal recognition in order to be able to operate and access public funding for this type of entity.

The application may be submitted at any time of the year.

The recipients of the granting of legal recognition of a first degree land improvement consortium are the owners of the parcels included in the perimeter of the consortium being constituted. By decree of the President of the Autonomous Province of Trento, an assembly will be convened where these owners will be called to vote for the constitution, the election of the provisional deputation and the approval of the statute of the said consortium.

The application must be submitted by the representative of the promoting committee.

The representative of the Promoter Committee must complete and sign the form according to the outline below, with all the annexes described, and send it to the competent Agricultural Department by one of the following methods

• electronic transmission by e-mail to: serv.agricoltura@pec.provincia.tn.it;
• hand delivery directly to the competent structure or at the peripheral assistance and information desks
• dispatch by postal service.

The following documents must be attached to the application

• a simple copy of the minutes of the promoting Committee, showing both the establishment of the Committee and the identification, among the interested parties, of a representative;
• a list of the parcels of land interested in the constitution of the Consortium identified according to the progressive order of the parcels themselves and a list of the parcels identified by alphabetical order of ownership, which shall contain the number and name of the cadastral municipality, the parcel number, the cadastral surface area and the consortium surface area
• a copy of the planimetry, in pdf and shapefile format, showing the exact indication of the consortium boundary and the parcels included in the consortium perimeter, indicating the cadastral municipalities with different colouring
• a copy of the proposed statute that will be submitted for approval to the consortium owners of the land parcels involved in the constitution of the consortium, during the constitutive assembly and, subsequently, to the Provincial Council
• report, signed by the representative of the promoting Committee, in support of the initiative to establish the Consortium;
• information notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016 on data processing.
