Description

With this service, a 2nd grade land improvement consortium is legally constituted and recognised for the execution, maintenance and operation of land improvement works involving several 1st grade land improvement consortia and/or to provide technical-administrative assistance to the member 1st grade consortia.

Restrictions

The application may be submitted at any time of the year.

The recipients of legal recognition of the establishment of a 2nd degree land improvement consortium are the 1st degree land improvement consortia interested in its establishment.

What to do

The presidents of 1st degree land improvement consortia interested in setting up the 2nd degree must fill in and sign the form according to the outline below, with all the annexes described, and send it to the competent agricultural department, by one of the following methods

  • electronic transmission by e-mail to: serv.agricoltura@pec.provincia.tn.it;
  • hand delivery directly to the competent structure or at the peripheral assistance and information desks
  • dispatch by postal service.

Documents to be submitted

The following documents must be attached to the application

  • a simple copy of the minutes of the General Assembly of each Grade I Land Improvement Consortium showing the approval of membership of the Grade II Consortium and the approval of the Statute of the Grade II Land Improvement Consortium. The minutes of the General Assembly must contain the indication that membership of the 2nd degree Consortium and the approval of the by-laws have been adopted by the majority of the Consortium members present representing at least one quarter of the surface area of the territory, pursuant to art. 55, paragraph II, lett. b) of R.D. 215/1933; in addition, these minutes must contain the indication of their publication on the registers of the respective Consortia;
  • a copy of the planimetry, in pdf format, showing the exact indication of the consortium boundary as well as that of the individual first degree Consortia belonging to it
  • a copy of the statute of the Consortium of second degree approved by the general assemblies
  • report, signed by the representatives of the first degree land improvement consortia, in support of the initiative to establish the Consortium of second degree;
  • information notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016 on data processing.
