Bodies and organisations, both public and private, non-profit making, with at least one operating office in the territory of the Province of Trento that have been carrying out their activities continuously for at least two years.
Application for registration on the Provincial Universal Civil Service Register

In order to be able to submit civil service projects, agencies and organisations must be registered in the Provincial Register of Universal Civil Service Organisations (SCUP Register).
What to do
The SCUP application should be sent to the certified mail address of the Civil Service Office umse.coesionesociale@pec.provincia.tn.it.

- application form and all documents required therein
- detail sheet
- code of behavioural commitment
- privacy policy and copies of the identity documents of the signatories in case the privacy policy is not digitally signed.

Timeframes and deadlines
The application may be submitted from 1 January to 28 February each year.

Maximum no. of waiting days
From the day after submission of the application.
Notification of the start of the procedure is sent and, once the procedure is completed, the outcome is communicated.
Access credentials to the HeliosPAT portal are sent by e-mail.
