Application for recognition of the qualification of cultural subjects

Applications can be submitted from 1 January to 31 December

In order to fill in the form, use the Adobe Reader programme using the 'fill in and sign' function visible in the toolbox.

The qualification procedure is concluded, within the time limits laid down by a resolution of the Provincial Council, with the decision to accept or refuse the application for qualification by the manager of the structure responsible for cultural activities.
