Description

Motorised navigation on the waters of Lake Garda in Trentino is allowed for professional work or to provide assistance and rescue to recreational navigation, exclusively with nautical units used by professionals or personnel belonging to amateur sports associations (as provided for by Provincial Law 9/2001).

What to do

In order to obtain the authorisation, it is necessary to fill in the form and send it to the competent office, as indicated on the form, together with the required documentation.

The application must be submitted with a revenue stamp (€16.00) and a reply revenue stamp (€16.00) attached; if the application is transmitted by PEC mail, the reply revenue stamp can be applied to the application itself and cancelled in accordance with the law.

ONLUSes and associations registered with CONI are exempt from stamp duty.

  • valid certificate(s) of engine(s) in accordance with the law, for professional units
  • certificate of use of the recreational engine or declaration of engine power in accordance with the law, for vessels
  • possible list of technical characteristics of additional engines
  • revenue stamp (exempt: ONLUS, public bodies, federations and bodies recognised by CONI, non-profit-making amateur sports associations and clubs recognised by CONI)
  • valid CONI membership number for the purposes of exemption from stamp duty
