SUCCESSOR

A company taking over from another company in premises already equipped with audiovisual equipment or other instruments from which the possibility of remote control of workers' activities also derives, may submit a declaration on the basis of the outline found on this page, attaching the documentation listed therein, if ALL the following conditions are met

  • the installation had already been the subject of a trade union agreement or authorisation pursuant to Article 4 L. 300/1970;
  • theeconomic activity remains unchanged, with a change in the company or its ownership structure (by way of example: merger, incorporation, transfer, leasing of a company or business unit, sale of the company)
  • the purposes already authorised do not change;
  • the mode of operation of the plant remains unchanged.

INTEGRATION

The application must be submitted in the following cases

  • the company intends to install a video-surveillance system at an additional local unit or location;
  • the company intends to change the mode of operation of an already authorised installation;
  • the company needs to obtain authorisation for additional/new requirements.

For the take-over, the employer must produce a declaration (as per the outline below) together with a copy of the applicant's identity document, a copy of the registered notarial deed or other deed of take-over and send it to the Employment Service at the certified email address serv.lavoro@pec.provincia.tn.it, indicating the references of the decision authorising the installation.

For the application for integration, the complete form with annexes must be sent. The list of all required annexes can be found inside the form itself.

Two revenue stamps of € 16.00 each must also be attached to the application. The number of revenue stamps must be entered in the appropriate fields on the application form. Original revenue stamps are not required.

The procedure must be concluded within 60 days from the date of the request. However, this period is suspended for requests for documental integration that the competent Service makes to the applicant after the application has been submitted.

Following submission of the application to the Employment Service, the applicant will be sent a notice of initiation of the procedure containing the name and contact details of the person in charge of the procedure from whom information may be requested. With this communication, the person in charge of the procedure may request additional documentation.

At the conclusion of the procedure, the competent Service issues the authorisation measure or a communication of dismissal with negative outcome.
