Application for grant for small independent book publishing

Applications may be submitted from 2 to 30 November of the year preceding the year to which they relate.

Small independent book publishers, also in associated form, who meet the following requirements, pursuant to Art. 22bis of Provincial Law 15/2007, may benefit from the envisaged facilitations

-have been registered in the business register of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture of Trento for at least three years on the date of application;

-have produced and distributed at least three titles with an ISBN code in the year preceding the application;

-have produced and distributed at least 10 titles in the last three years prior to the date of submission of the application;

-they fall within the definition of small and micro enterprises and are self-employed according to the criteria set out in Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC of 6 May 2003 concerning the definition of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises

The application form can be submitted using one of the following channels

• direct delivery to the competent provincial structure or to the public assistance and information desks of the Province
• by postal mail by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt; the date of the postmark of the accepting post office shall be considered the date of admission;
• by fax to the number corresponding to the competent provincial structure;
• by e-mail to the certified mailbox serv.attcult@pec.provincia.tn.it.

-Annexes N1, N2, N3, N4, N5, N6 according to the type of application

- only in the case of associations of small independent book publishers without an autonomous tax code: Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Handicrafts and Agriculture Chamber of Commerce certificate indicating the lead organisation and signed by all members

- photocopy of the applicant's identity document (if the application is signed in
handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge)
