Who it's for
Entry in the register is provided for in Article 9 of the qualification system (Resolution 2047/2021) and the subject must meet the following requirements
-that the subject is qualified,
-that the services are addressed to the reference basin,
-that a minimum of 100 hours of training per week are provided in accordance with the provincial training guidelines (Resolution 2048/2021),
- employ qualified personnel in training and apply the sector's collective agreements to its staff.
To be a 'qualified subject', the requirements of the quality standards are also necessary (Resolution 2047 of 26.11.2021)
