Application for authorisation to use motorised watercraft over 3 KW

Navigation on lakes in the provincial water domain with a surface area of more than 1 ^km2 (excluding Trentino Lake Garda), with a heat engine of more than 3 kW, is allowed, subject to prior authorisation, only for professional work or to provide assistance and rescue to recreational navigation, in any case with nautical units used by professionals or personnel belonging to amateur sports associations (as provided for by Provincial Law no. 9/2001).

Pleasure boating with heat engines on lakes with a surface area of less than 1 ^km2 is prohibited.

Individual firm, company, association or public body

In order to obtain the authorisation, it is necessary to fill in the form and send it to the competent office, as indicated on the form, together with the required documentation.

The application must be submitted with a revenue stamp (16.00 euro) and a reply revenue stamp (16.00 euro) attached; if the application is transmitted by PEC mail, the reply revenue stamp can be applied to the application itself and cancelled in accordance with the law.

ONLUSes and associations registered with CONI are exempt from stamp duty.

• possible list of technical characteristics of further engines
• tax stamp 16.00 euro (exempt: non-profit organisations, public bodies, federations and bodies recognised by CONI, non-profit amateur sports associations and clubs recognised by CONI)
• valid CONI membership number for the purposes of exemption from stamp duty
