Application for authorisation to install other control instruments

Control instruments (other than video-surveillance systems and satellite tracking systems) required for organisational and production requirements, for the protection of company assets or for safety at work, from which the possibility of remotely monitoring workers' activities also derives, may be installed subject to prior agreement with the company trade union representatives. In the absence of the latter, or in the event of failure to reach agreement with them, the Employment Service is the competent body to issue the authorisation for the Autonomous Province of Trento.

The applicant must produce any additional documentation requested by the person in charge of the procedure within the allotted time.

Employers intending to install control instruments other than video-surveillance systems and satellite tracking devices for the purpose of protecting company assets, organisational and production requirements or safety at work.

The employer must complete the form downloadable below and send it to the Employment Service preferably by pec to serv.lavoro@pec.provincia.tn.it. All instructions on how to send it can be found inside the form.

In the case of a request for the installation of tools for several local units located in the Autonomous Province of Trento, a single application may be sent.

Authorisation must also be applied for if the company does not have employees but intends to employ them.

The form must be sent complete with the annexes. The list of all required annexes can be found inside the form itself.

Two revenue stamps of € 16.00 each must also be attached to the application form. You are not required to send the original revenue stamps: simply scan them or enter their details (number, date and time) in the appropriate fields on the application form.

Following the submission of the application to the Employment Service, a letter will be sent to the applicant initiating the procedure, containing the name and contact details of the person in charge of the procedure from whom information may be requested. The letter will also contain a possible request for additional documentation.

At the end of the procedure, the competent Service issues the authorisation measure or a communication of dismissal with negative outcome.
