What to do
In the absence of company forest management plans that define the methods and quantities that can be used in the forest, cuts must be authorised.
The application must be submitted by the owners or other persons entitled to do so, and is due for cuts made in contravention of forestry regulations or for cuts exceeding 3,000 square metres in coppice forests or 30 cubic metres in high-trunk forests.
It must be accompanied by a cutting plan drawn up by a qualified forestry technician.
If the cut involves Natura 2000 areas, the project must be consistent with the obligatory conditions defined in the prevaluation sheets approved by the Provincial Council and the conservation measures.
The assessment of consistency with the prevaluation sheet is carried out by the Forestry Service before the permit is issued. Application for authorisation to cut wood products, form with attachment
