Application for authorisation of windsurfing schools

Individual firm, company, association or public body

To obtain authorisation, an application must be completed and sent to the competent office in the manner indicated on the form, accompanied by all the required documentation.

The application must be submitted with a revenue stamp (16.00 euro) and a reply revenue stamp (16.00 euro) attached; if the application is transmitted by PEC mail, the reply revenue stamp can be applied to the application itself and cancelled in accordance with the law.

ONLUSes and associations registered with CONI are exempt from stamp duty.

• opinion issued by the Municipality in accordance with the manager's determination no. 141/2007 and subsequent amendments
• cartography at a scale of 1:10,000, on A4 format (29.7 x 21 cm), taken from the Provincial Technical Map, signed by a qualified technician and countersigned by the applicant
• copy of the engine use certificate or declaration of engine power
• copy of the Third Party Liability insurance sticker of the rescue engine
• copy of the windsurfing school's liability insurance premium sticker
• revenue stamp (exempt: non-profit organisations, public bodies, federations and bodies recognised by CONI, non-profit amateur sports associations and clubs recognised by CONI)
• valid CONI membership number for the purpose of exemption from stamp duty

In case of renewal, the following must be submitted

• declaration concerning the maintenance of the objective and subjective requirements of the pre-existing authorisation
• valid school and rescue motor insurance certificates
