Application for authorisation of firework displays on lakes

The lighting of fireworks, on land and/or in the air, involving safety areas that fall within navigable state-owned areas, exclusively for the nautical part, is subject to prior authorisation.

Individual firm, company, association or public body

In order to obtain the authorisation, it is necessary to fill in the form and send it to the competent office, as indicated on the form, together with the required documentation.

The application must be submitted with a revenue stamp (16.00 euro), with an enclosed revenue stamp (16.00 euro) for the reply; if the application is transmitted by PEC mail, the reply revenue stamp can be applied to the application itself and cancelled in accordance with the law.

ONLUSes and associations registered with CONI are exempt from stamp duty.

• mapping of the firing zone
• technical report of the explosive material
• revenue stamp (exempt: non-profit organisations, public bodies, federations and bodies recognised by CONI, non-profit amateur sports associations and clubs recognised by CONI)
• valid CONI membership number, for the purposes of exemption from stamp duty
