Appeal to the Provincial Council against measures of the SubCUP and the CPCs

Public and private parties affected by the measures of the CUP Sub-Commission and the CPCs.

The application must be submitted within thirty days from the communication of the measures.

The application, accompanied by all the required documentation and specified in the forms, must be submitted to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service exclusively by certified electronic mail (PEC) to the address serv.urbanistica@pec.provincia.tn.it or by PiTre interoperability.

The Provincial Council gives its final decision after hearing the opinion of the provincial structure responsible for town planning and landscape protection.

Application for appeal to be submitted with the DIGITAL, editable and saveable PDF form with advanced functionalities.

DOCUMENTATION TO BE ATTACHED
to be produced in hard copy and on computer support (CD)

• no. 1 copy of the project, report, photos and technical documentation, examined by the authority of first instance (CPC, subCUP, others), consisting of the original or certified copy of the unauthorised or authorised project with prescriptions
• original or copy of the decision refusing authorisation or conditional authorisation issued by the authority of first instance (CPC, subCUP, others)
• any additional photographic documentation on UNI A4 cardboard with date of execution, stamp and signature of the designer
• further documentation deemed useful for the decision on the appeal.

This form is supplemented with the new privacy policy provided for in Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016, to be attached to the application duly signed for acknowledgement and knowledge.

ATTENTION: as many signed copies of the information notice as there are signatories (applicant, planner, etc. - each person signs only one copy) must be attached to the application.
