Types of operations eligible for assistance

The grant is available for each office or active local unit recorded in the companies' register corresponding to a real estate unit located in the vicinity of the area for the construction of the northern entrance to the above-mentioned ring road that is in use for business activities in operation on the date on which the services are handed over to the company awarded the works (2 March 2023).

Contribution measure

The contribution is set at a lump sum quantified as

• EUR 10,000.00 for each property unit used for entrepreneurial activities granted pursuant to EU Reg. 2831/2023(de minimis).

Entry Requirements

Entrepreneurial activity is defined as

• business activities entered in the business register
• self-employment activities.

Real estate units located in the vicinity of the construction area of the northern entrance to the above-mentioned bypass are understood to be buildings located at the same elevation as the entrance works facing onto Via Brennero, whose property is directly adjacent to the construction site area or having at least part of the building located at a planimetric distance of 30 m, measured from the extrados of the entrance bulkheads.

For the purpose of defining theconstruction site area, the sections of Via Brennero between the two access gates to the northern entrance at the area affected by the demolition of the buildings are also considered.

Exclusion

Excluded from the contribution under these criteria are property units relating to

• business activities that came into operation after the date of delivery of the services (2 March 2023);
• business activities in operation as at 2 March 2023 that ceased operations before the date of submission of the application for the grant and of the relevant grant and disbursement of the grant.

The application may be submitted by the legal representative of the enterprise
