Additional grant specific training in general medicine other regions

The grant is in addition to that provided for by national legislation (Ministry of Health Decree of 7 March 2006) and places obligations on the beneficiary to work in the Province of Trento after obtaining the specific training diploma in general medicine. The obligations provided for by the regulation are to

• participate in the procedures for the assignment of appointments - fixed-term and open-ended - in the provincial health service as a territorial care doctor;
• accept the appointments (referred to in the preceding point) assigned by the health authority by the expiry date of the second useful provincial list of general practitioners.

Doctors, resident for at least two years in a municipality of the Province of Trento, enrolled in the specific training course in general medicine activated in accordance with legislative decree no. 368/1999 and subsequent amendments and the decree of the Ministry of Health of 7 March 2006 and based in other Regions/Autonomous Province of Bolzano, who undertake to perform in the province, upon graduation, the work obligations provided for by the regulations and set out in the criteria and procedures for the granting of the additional grant approved by the Provincial Council.
