"Bike sharing trentino e.motion" is an 'active', clean and environmentally friendly public transport service, wanted by the Autonomous Province of Trento, which allows the use of public bicycles, including pedal-assisted bicycles, as a form of integration to the provincial public mobility services.
Users wishing to travel by shared bicycle in the municipal area of Trento, Rovereto, Lavis, San Michele all'Adige, Mezzocorona, Mezzolombardo, Besenello, Calliano, Volano, Pomarolo, Nogaredo, Mori Villalagarina, Isera, Terre d'Adige. The service is reserved for persons over 18 years of age.
What to do
Registration for the service will take place exclusively via application on smartphones, as follows:
- log in with username/password (if you are already a subscriber, use the credentials you used on bicincitta.com or the BicinCittà app - if you don't remember your password, you can easily retrieve it from the LOGIN sectionof the Weelo app);
- Pick up a bike and pedal
on the Weelo app you can keep track of your trips, subscription expiry date and remaining credit.
Subscribing to the service entails a fixed annual cost of €25.
A top-up of € 5 of consumable credit is mandatory at the first subscription.
The first 30 minutes of use are free of charge; for higher usage, €1 per hour will be deducted from the remaining credit.
Even non-continuous use of the bikes in the sharing service is permitted up to a maximum total of 3 hours. If the credit is less than zero, a top-up will be necessary to continue cycling.
After 365 days from activation, the subscription must be renewed in order to continue using the service.
Renewals and top-ups must be done on the Weelo app.
- OCCASIONAL USE
Occasional users can purchase short-term solutions via the Weelo app with a credit card:
one-day ticket 4ForYou at a cost of 8 € (including 4 hours of use, even if not consecutive);
two-day ticket 8ForYou at a cost of 13 € (including 8 hours of use, even if not consecutive).

New subscribers will use the service exclusively via App. If you are in possession of a smart card, you can still continue to use it as before.
