With regard to applications submitted by thedeadline of 30 June 2026for the‘grant towards the costs of organic certification’, pursuant to Provincial Law 4/2003, Article 47, paragraph IV, forthe year 2026,we hereby inform you of the following:
1. The officer responsible for processing the application – from whom information may be obtained or the documents relating to the procedure may be inspected – is Ivan Cavagna, Director of the Office for Organic Production within the Department of Rural Policy and Development, Via G.B. Trener, No. 3 – 38121 Trento – Tel. 0461-495911 – Certified email: serv.politichesvilupporurale@pec.provincia.tn.it;
2. The procedure comprises the following stages: - preliminary examination of the application; - a decision by the head of the Rural Development Policy Service to award the grant, or a decision to reject the application should the required criteria not be met;
3. The procedure for granting the grant (or issuing a rejection notice) shall take a maximum of 130 days, starting from the day following the deadline for submission of the application, in accordance with Provincial Council Resolution No. 779 of 31 May 2024, as amended
Once this time limit has elapsed without a decision, an appeal against the administration’s failure to respond may be lodged, even without the need to serve a formal notice on the defaulting administration, for as long as the failure to act persists and, in any event, no later than one year from the expiry of the said time limit.
