Description
With reference to applications submitted by the deadline of 31 January 2026 to obtain the 'contribution towards the costs of organic certification', in accordance with Article 47(IV) of Provincial Law 4/2003, for theyear 2026, we hereby give the following information
1. the person responsible for examining the application, from whom information may be obtained or documents relating to the procedure may be inspected, is Monica Zanettin of the Organic Production Office of the Rural Policy and Development Service, via G.B.Trener, n. 3 - 38121 Trento - tel. 0461-495911 - pec: serv.politichesvilupporurale@pec.provincia.tn.it ;
2. the procedure involves the following stages - preliminary examination of the application, - determination of the manager of the Rural Development Policy Service to grant the aid, or decision not to accept the application if the requirements are not met;
3. the procedure for granting the aid (or for refusing it) shall last no longer than 130 days, starting from the day following the day on which the application was submitted, pursuant to Resolution No. 779 of the Provincial Executive dated 31 May 2024 as amended and supplemented.
Once this term has expired to no avail, an appeal against the administration's silence may be brought, even without the need for a formal notice to the defaulting administration, for as long as the default persists and in any case no later than one year from the expiry of the same term.
