Description
Companies that have outstanding financial debts with the Agency or with suppliers from past editions will not be admitted. The Administration reserves the right to identify, from among the applications received in good time, those that can be accepted, compatibly with the space available at the exhibition stand.
Only if the applications received exceed the exhibition space available to the Province will a ranking list be prepared and used according to the following evaluation criteria, applied in descending order from 10 to 7 points to be attributed to the individual application:
Evaluation criteria:
10 points: compatibility of the proposed products with the theme of the fair, in order: waste, reclamation, water purification (YES/NO);
9 points: existence of international contracts for the products and/or services offered (YES/NO);
8 points: availability of innovative products (YES/NO);
7 points: participation in previous Ecomondo events in Rimini (YES/NO).
Should the applications exceed the availability of exhibition space at ADEP - SGI's disposal, the places available will be assigned on the basis of the aforementioned ranking list.
Only companies whose tax domicile is in the territory of the Autonomous Province of Trento are eligible.
The Province of Trento acquires the right to use the exhibition space.
Interested companies shall be responsible for the internal organisation of the stand, including any offers of goods and/or services to the public.
Eligible companies shall also be required to sign a specific commitment to share the costs, which they shall in any case be required to pay, should they withdraw from participation in the two (2) months prior to the Exhibition.
The organisation of the Ecomondo Exhibition, as of today, is regularly scheduled; any cancellations of the 2025 edition ordered by the Exhibition Authority will not entail the payment of any expenses for registered companies.
Applications are to be submitted on an individual basis, to which the allocation of an individual stand will correspond.
