Interventions to strengthen social services at home in order to guarantee early discharge and prevent hospitalisation.By Directorate Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies no. 98 of 9 May 2022, the lists of projects of the Ambiti Sociali Territoriali (single sphere for the province of Trento) were approved. In this sphere, two projects were approved for a total of 660,000.00 euro.
